The Collaborative 1881 is Phase 1 of the connected 1881 and 1879 community and is a 198 home affordable community at 1881 W North Temple in Salt Lake City. It brings one, two and three bedroom homes to the North Temple corridor, with the 1940 West North Temple TRAX station immediately outside the front door.
The design intent places shared amenity spaces along everyday circulation routes, with the aim of making it easier for neighbors to encounter one another. Housing, resident common spaces and building services are brought together within an urban multifamily setting.
