Jake brings more than a decade of housing development, design and project leadership across public, nonprofit and private organizations. His prior work includes acquisitions, entitlements and design at CW Urban, nonprofit housing development, and founding work at Defy Co.labs where he led acquisitions, design and development and helped develop an early site acquisition and underwriting technology. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, where he received the Outstanding Graduate Award.

Jesse brings a background in business ownership, lending, real estate development and capital strategy. His experience includes residential and commercial lending, commercial and multifamily development, and founding Fraxioned, a real estate technology company recognized at the 2022 Silicon Slopes awards. At TwentyTwo he helps shape finance, capital relationships, operating strategy and the balance sheet capacity required to deliver complex housing projects.

Troy brings decades of affordable housing and community development experience spanning project finance, public and private partnerships, entitlements, community engagement and complex redevelopment. His work has included LIHTC, private activity bonds, HUD programs, state and local housing funds, and mixed income development. He previously served as Real Estate Development Manager at Housing Connect and has led or advised housing projects across Utah and the Mountain West.

David leads architecture through 22 Design + Lab. He brings more than 23 years of architectural experience and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. As architect of record, he connects design intent, technical coordination, constructability, code, consultant work and field delivery so ideas remain coherent from concept through construction.
