The project
A partnership built for the long term.
Colony B was developed in partnership with Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation. A TwentyTwo partner participated in the project through the for-fee development partner and served as lead design consultant. The project was ultimately transitioned to the nonprofit partner for long-term ownership and stewardship.
