22 Design + Lab leads design for this Housing Connect and Brinshore Development project in Kearns. The announced program combines the rehabilitation of 32 existing homes with 50 new apartments and an on-site childcare facility.
The public name Kearns Station Apartments was introduced in Housing Connect’s July 2026 announcement. The project combines preservation and new construction, with spaces intended to support residents and families.
